eyebrows and moisturizer

I have two questions for you guys.

1. I've had an ongoing battle with my eyebrows since I was a kid (I'm 23yrs old). I've been heavily filling them in because I had them plucked so thin. Are they thick enough to get waxed without having to fill them in or should I wait and keep growing them out?

 (<full face; no make-up)

2. I'm recently using Equates absolutely beaming (knock off of Aveeno positively radiant). Instead of having great skin I have pimples and clogged pores like crazy. I never had it this bad with the others I have used (Olay complete sensitive spf 15, Eucerin Sensitive Skin SPF 15 , or Dove deep moisture). Anyone have recommendations for cheap (preferably less than $10) face moisturizer for dry sensitive skin?

I have dry, sensitive skin, and I use Neutrogena's oil-free daily scrub acne wash. I think it's about $5, or so. Neutrogena has never treated me badly.

Thanks for the rec but I'm looking for a moisturizer.

I must've misred; my apologies! Nevertheless, I can't recommend Neutrogena enough! I'm currently using a Clean & Clear moisturizer, and that's doing well for my rather evil skin, too.

I love Cera Ve AM moisturizer.

have you tried threading? i feel like threading is a bit more precise than waxing and its good for cleaning up the eyebrow area.

I've only had my eyebrows waxed twice in my life. I've heard of threading but it isn't that popular where I live (a.k.a I haven't found any salons/spas that do it).

2. apricot or hazelnut oil.

Have you tried the Target brand of the Aveeno Positively Radiant? I've used that for a while. Target was out so I bought the equate brand. It made a huge mess of my face. Nothing like the Aveeno at all.

Cetaphil cream. I think it's around $8 for a pretty good sized jar.

I'll look into that. Thank you!

Thank you. I've been growing them out. I'm just more self conscious because they're thicker than what I'm accustomed to.

I use an Avon facial moisturizer. Works great, no issues. Avon Basics Rich Moisture face creme. I can have very dry skin (dandruff-like near my eyebrows at times), and it works great.

For your eyebrows, I would wait a month and then go. Wait until you have a couple scraggly hairs.

[1] I think that your eye brows look pretty good! If you want to get them waxed, I would wait a little bit longer... maybe 4-6 weeks and see where they are at.

[2] No real help, but I have not had any success with Equate ANYTHING. It always causes problems.
